Responsibility
- Lead project costing initiatives, ensuring accurate budgeting, cost tracking, and financial analysis for key business projects.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.
- Optimize and maintain ERP systems to enhance financial data accuracy, automation, and reporting efficiency.
- Develop and implement corporate governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast budgets, analyze variances, and provide strategic financial recommendations.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Drive process improvements in financial operations to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis within a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP/IFRS standards and corporate governance best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Experience in project costing and financial modeling for strategic decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
