Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end reimbursement process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of marketing claims.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization in marketing expenditures.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support marketing budget planning and performance tracking.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions.
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the overall Order to Cash workflow.
- Provide training and guidance to junior analysts and cross-functional teams on financial best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis, with a focus on marketing or sales operations.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processes and reimbursement workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation or global team environment is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM tools is an advantage.
