Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, HR) to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead financial audits, tax planning, and investor relations to maintain transparency and stakeholder trust.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role (e.g., Finance Manager, Director of Finance).
- Proven track record of leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or with remote teams is highly desirable.
