Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Manage taxation processes, including tax planning, filing, and compliance with BIR regulations to minimize risks and optimize tax efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow, forecasting financial trends to support strategic business decisions and maintain liquidity.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, budgeting support, and variance analysis for key business initiatives.
- Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including audits, tax filings, and government reporting obligations.
- Mentor and guide finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Proven expertise in taxation, financial reporting, and BIR compliance, with a strong understanding of Philippine and international accounting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting, with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
