Responsibility
- Financial Leadership: Spearhead end-to-end financial operations for assigned clusters, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure fiscal health and compliance.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives, driving sustainable growth.
- Performance Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and efficiency gains through data-driven insights and benchmarking.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IFRS/GAAP standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements across multi-country operations.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to inform leadership decisions and investor communications.
- M&A & Integration: Support due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration for strategic acquisitions or partnerships.
- Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary finance liaison for business units, providing guidance on capital allocation, pricing strategies, and market expansion.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years in finance leadership roles, with a proven track record in cluster/regional finance, FP&A, or commercial finance for multinational corporations.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods sectors; familiarity with emerging markets is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, or Tableau; strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, with a focus on profitability analysis, scenario planning, and ROI assessment.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving change in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English; ability to present financial narratives to non-finance audiences.
- Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity, agile methodologies, and navigating cultural nuances in a global organization.
