Responsibility
- Lead the finance team in preparing accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive financial performance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance policies.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support long-term business sustainability.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead process improvements in financial systems, controls, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing finance teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
