Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Implement and monitor cost-control strategies to optimize operational expenses and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Conduct internal audits and identify areas for process improvement to enhance financial efficiency.
- Assist in tax preparation, filings, and compliance with Indonesian tax laws and corporate regulations.
- Develop and maintain financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Provide actionable financial insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Experience with cost accounting, inventory management, or financial auditing is highly desirable.
