Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs to track business performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and internal policies.
- Streamline and automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to align financial planning with business objectives.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and present findings to leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Support audit preparations and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth and successful audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a management reporting role.
- Proficient in financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cost accounting, and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in the beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
