Responsibility
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth and cost optimization.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and intercompany reconciliations in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Supply Chain) to align financial goals with operational execution.
- Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
- Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc financial analyses for stakeholders.
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors for seamless audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or MNC environments.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and tax regulations in Southeast Asia or Switzerland.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with fluency in English.
- Experience with financial forecasting tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote setup with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) or logistics finance is a strong asset.
