Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy in journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and improve financial performance.
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Provide strategic insights through financial modeling and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Manage tax reporting and filings, liaising with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
- Mentor junior finance staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement in financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General/Cost Accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and IFRS.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and present actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or multinational environments is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
