Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax, while staying updated on regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve internal controls.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Support the finance manager in cash flow management, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
