Responsibility
- Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, GST/VAT submissions, and other statutory reporting requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning and business strategy.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably with full-set accounting responsibilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations (Indonesian tax laws are advantageous).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
