Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with clients to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, including aging reports and cash flow projections.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiries and improve collection processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and improve cash flow.
- Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Generate and distribute financial reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting and data entry.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
