Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow management.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Manage tax planning, audits, and regulatory filings to ensure full compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational and strategic objectives.
- Oversee payroll processing, vendor payments, and expense management to maintain financial accuracy.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting with strong analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and mentoring finance teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia is advantageous.
