Responsibility
- Manage and organize daily financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and vouchers, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.
- Record and verify all cash inflows and outflows, maintaining accurate and up-to-date transaction logs.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor petty cash funds and ensure proper documentation for all disbursements.
- Assist in tax-related documentation and coordinate with external auditors or tax consultants as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar administrative role (internships included).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, or local ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
