Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Oversee office administrative duties, including vendor management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as needed.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
