Responsibility
- Process and manage daily accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data processing.
- Support payroll processing and verify employee timekeeping records.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking to ensure financial compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
