Responsibility

  • Manage and reconcile financial records, including invoices, expenses, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee logistics operations, including inventory tracking, supplier coordination, and delivery scheduling to optimize efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics and financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor budget allocations and expenditures, providing recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure timely processing of employee benefits, including BPJS contributions and other compensations.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Liaise with external partners, such as banks, vendors, and government agencies, to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or logistics administration.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and labor laws (BPJS, PPh 21, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a contract-based role.
  • Prior experience in a multicultural or international work environment is a plus.
