Responsibility
- Perform general bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data reporting.
- Support tax preparation and filing processes, including VAT and corporate tax submissions.
- Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies for resolution.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
