Responsibility
- Process and manage invoicing for aviation services, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Monitor and reconcile vendor costs, identifying discrepancies and optimizing expenditures.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing inquiries and disputes.
- Assist in collections by tracking outstanding payments and following up with clients.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing processes and improve workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial processing.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
