Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing processes.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives and drive business growth.
- Manage tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting in accordance with Indonesian financial laws and corporate governance standards.
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital to enhance liquidity and financial stability.
- Mentor and guide junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using tools like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
