Responsibility
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts under supervision.
- Support the finance team in daily accounting tasks, including reconciliations and data entry.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to support property investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data for project evaluations.
- Assist in monitoring cash flow, expenses, and financial performance metrics.
- Prepare presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders and management.
- Participate in audits and compliance checks to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in financial workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or coursework in finance, accounting, or real estate is advantageous.
