Responsibility
- Process and evaluate credit applications in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct financial assessments and risk analysis for loan approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of credit transactions and client interactions.
- Verify applicant information, including income, employment, and credit history.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan disbursements.
- Prepare and submit reports on credit performance and delinquency rates.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding credit inquiries.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in credit administration, banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of credit assessment, risk management, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
