Responsibility
- Partner with sales and operational teams to develop and execute financial strategies that drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify key financial risks and opportunities, proposing actionable solutions to enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational and commercial objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance metrics to inform strategic planning.
- Support the development of pricing strategies, promotional plans, and investment evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, or CIMA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, business partnering, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-growing company is highly desirable.
