Responsibility
- Lead and execute corporate finance initiatives, including IPOs, rights issues, bond issuances, and restructuring.
- Coordinate funding processes with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure optimal financing solutions.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and expansion objectives.
- Oversee financial risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key financial partners, including investment banks and rating agencies.
- Drive capital structure optimization and debt management strategies to enhance financial stability.
- Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing IPOs, bond issuances, or major restructuring projects.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and capital markets.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment tools.
