Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational and strategic goals.
- Drive the implementation of financial models and tools to enhance decision-making and performance tracking.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Support business planning initiatives by evaluating investment opportunities, ROI, and capital allocation.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), business planning, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting using tools like Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
