You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely financial reports, analyze performance metrics, and ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). Responsibility
- Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Lead the financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes and address findings.
- Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities, aligning financial plans with organizational goals.
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with tax advisors on filings and optimizations.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement in financial reporting practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in real estate or multinational corporations.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Deep understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and local accounting standards (Indonesian GAAP preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in audit coordination and working with Big 4 firms is advantageous.
