Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile the company’s cash flow, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Prepare and issue invoices, delivery notes, and other financial documents in compliance with company policies.
- Generate and analyze financial reports related to cash, receivables, and payables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and support month-end closing processes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and transaction logs.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting to support strategic financial planning.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B) is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or cash management roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for effective communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance standards is advantageous.
