Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK and ETAP.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management for business growth.
- Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and other statutory obligations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support financial planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and ETAP.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with tax compliance, payroll processing, and financial audits.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
