Responsibility
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly and annual financial reports in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Manage and file tax reports (PB-1 and PPh) to ensure timely and accurate submissions to authorities.
- Oversee payroll administration, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements.
- Collaborate with logistics, culinary teams, and finance administrators to align financial and operational goals.
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenditures to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff in financial and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and payroll management.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PB-1, PPh) and labor laws.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles is highly desirable.
