Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk assessments.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely audits and tax filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
