Responsibility
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize client accounts and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of proposals and pitches.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role, with a proven track record in account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical standards.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
