Responsibility
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage accounts payable transactions, including payment processing and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approval of expenses.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
