Responsibility
- Manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with local tax and labor laws.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance and HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
