Responsibility
- Identify and analyze non-standard accounting processes and recommend improvements to align with global standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement standardized financial workflows and procedures.
- Optimize core financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Conduct gap analyses between current and target processes, documenting findings and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Support global finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of innovation and process excellence within the finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or process improvement roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and process standardization.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial software tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Certifications such as CPA, CIA, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
