Responsibility
- Maintain and update accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights and recommendations for financial improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle confidential financial information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role (minimum 2 years).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a pleasing, professional demeanor.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is advantageous.
