Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and employee benefits.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare regular financial reports for management review.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus but not required.
