Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making in the Telco industry.
- Analyze large datasets to identify cost-saving opportunities, revenue trends, and financial risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast budgets, track KPIs, and ensure financial compliance.
- Automate financial reporting processes using SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Prepare and present executive-level financial insights to stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive benchmarks to inform pricing, investment, and operational strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through rigorous validation and auditing.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance/Data Analysis, with at least 2 years in the Telecommunications industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling; experience with Python, R, or Power Query is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of telecom financial metrics (ARPU, churn rate, CAPEX, OPEX) and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate data into business impact.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
