Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies to optimize the company’s financial position while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Lead the consolidation of tax reporting across all business units, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting, budgeting, and liquidity planning to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth financial audits and tax inspections.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and business growth.
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and accounting standards, updating policies and procedures as needed.
- Manage relationships with tax authorities, financial institutions, and external consultants.
- Mentor junior finance team members and foster a culture of financial excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, Brevet A/B/C) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards (PSAK), and corporate taxation.
- Proven experience in cash flow management, financial planning, and tax optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; experience in the marine or construction industry is advantageous.
