Responsibility
- Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and tax departments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
- Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting to minimize liabilities and ensure adherence to tax laws.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure robust internal controls and financial processes to safeguard company assets.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions to maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
