Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for multiple locations
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare necessary tax documentation
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making processes
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with multi-location financial management is a plus
- Certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is advantageous but not required
