Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement for all employees.
- Oversee HR administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, from job postings to candidate evaluations and hiring.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR and financial goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and/or finance roles, with a preference for dual-function exposure.
- Proficiency in HRIS and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or local Indonesian systems).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to process improvement.
