As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing client accounts, ensuring smooth financial operations, and fostering strong relationships with our Mandarin-speaking clients. Responsibility
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and payment processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor account receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
