Responsibility
- Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business planning and decision-making.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and cost control.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational and commercial objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in manufacturing finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting for manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
