Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and maintenance of advanced machinery and automation systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to clients on system operation and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement service improvements.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, service logs, and documentation for all field activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely replacements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in industrial automation or machinery.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and industrial sensors.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment analysis.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
