Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of DRAM automation and SSD test systems.
- Develop and implement technical support strategies to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess system performance and provide on-site technical support.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize field service operations and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service, technical support, or a similar role, with a focus on DRAM automation and SSD test systems.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations within Bali.
- Certifications in relevant technical fields are a plus.
