Responsibility
- Lead and oversee field service operations, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues for automotive products.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, dealers, and internal teams, diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on field performance and potential improvements.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and service staff to uphold company standards and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, work orders, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies during all field operations.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools, coordinating with supply chain teams to ensure availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field. Diploma holders with extensive experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field service, technical support, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining vehicles or heavy machinery.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing teams or leading service projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and automotive service manuals.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (Badung and surrounding areas).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
