Responsibility

  • Lead the installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of high-complexity equipment at client sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate hardware and software malfunctions with minimal downtime.
  • Conduct professional training sessions for client operators to optimize system usage and routine maintenance.
  • Serve as the escalation point for junior field technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering and sales teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive service reports and documentation for every site visit to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring technical issues and proposing sustainable engineering fixes.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent technical certification).
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar customer-facing technical support role.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with proficiency in reading technical schematics and manuals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in diverse client environments.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Central Region as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard MS Office applications for reporting and administrative duties.
