Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS), including HVAC, lighting, and security controls.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in BMS, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance evaluations, and preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs and recommend tailored BMS solutions for efficiency and sustainability.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users and junior engineers on system operation and best practices.
- Document all service activities, including reports, schematics, and troubleshooting logs, in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in BMS technologies, IoT integrations, and energy management trends.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, local regulations, and Honeywell’s quality standards in all service deliveries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in BMS (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in field service, maintenance, or commissioning of Building Management Systems.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting HVAC controls, PLCs, SCADA systems, and IoT-enabled building automation.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO 50001, LEED) and local electrical/safety codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
