Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive on-site audits to verify compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements across multiple locations in Bali.
- Evaluate inventory controls, cash handling procedures, and financial transactions to identify discrepancies, risks, or areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans for management review.
- Collaborate with regional managers, finance teams, and operational staff to implement process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls, suggesting enhancements to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to field teams on compliance standards, audit procedures, and regulatory changes.
- Stay updated on local and international auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure our practices remain cutting-edge.
- Travel regularly to assigned locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to perform audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing, compliance, or financial control roles, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, cash handling procedures, and internal controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with audit management software or ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel frequently within Bali.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
